Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment verification. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped on a Freight on Delivery (To-Pay) basis.

A ₹10 processing and handling fee is charged at checkout for order processing, packaging, and shipment coordination.

Actual freight/shipping charges are payable by the customer directly to the transporter or courier partner at the time of delivery. Freight charges vary based on shipment weight, dimensions, destination, and the transport service used.

At its sole discretion, Lab Tech Corporation may offer free or subsidized shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, bulk orders, repeat-customer programs, or special business arrangements. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, courier network, weather conditions, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery schedules, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be shared once the shipment has been dispatched. Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment progress using the tracking details provided.

Delivery Acceptance

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.
